Zlatni Rat

Zlatni Rat

Picturesque Bol lies on the southern side of the Brač island. It is one of the largest islands in the Adriatic.

One of the symbols of the island is the beach Zlatni Rat, also called Golden Cape. It is the most attractive beach in the Adriatic and among the most beautiful beaches in the world. Zlatni Rat is a white pebble beach with unusual and unique shape. Its long pitch stretches 500 meters to the sea. The very tip of the beach keeps changing its shape due to the influence of the sea currents, winds and waves.

Behind the beach is a pine tree forest where you can find many restaurants and try local cuisine. Zlatni Rat is very popular among yachtsmen all over the world, but it is also a favourite spot for surfers.

Korčula Island

Korčula Island

The island of Korčula is located in the central Dalmatia, streching parallel with the nearby mainland in the west-east direction. It is one of the greenest islands in the Adriatic Sea, rich in vineyards, olive groves, small villages and hamlets. The southern coast of the island is dotted with quiet coves and small beaches, while the northern shore is rich in natural harbours. The place you cannot miss when visiting Korčula is the town Korčula, one of the most beautiful and the best preserved medieval towns on the Croatian coast, called by tourists “Little Dubrovnik”. It is also known as the birthplace of the famous explorer and world traveler Marco Polo. Approaching from the sea, you can enjoy the view of this picturesque city in its full glory.
